The Man of a Hundred Voices
Eyes closed, you'll swear you are at a live concert with Macy Gray, Johnny Cash, Ozzy Osbourne, Garth Brooks, Kermit the Frog, Elvis, Neil Young, and Sammy Davis Jr. Open your eyes and you're still not sure.
That's how Bob Byers, president, Tri-anim Health Services Inc., Sylmar, Calif., describes a show put on by Greg London, corporate entertainer. “He's that good,” says Byers, who has hired London twice in the past five years.
London is a man of many celebrity voices — more than 100 of them, in fact. For the past 15 years he's brought his act, “The Greg Show,” to corporations across the country. Each show is crafted for a particular client. “I write the show around the message the client wants, then I'll use the characters to deliver the message,” says London. He even writes original songs for clients. One of his songs, “Song of America,” written after the tragedy of September 11, is available on a CD.
