MPI to Provide CEUs at MM Conference
Meeting Professionals International has come on board as the educational sponsor for the Second Annual Pharmaceutical Meeting Planners Forum, and will provide CEUs for attendees. Organized by Medical Meetings and the Center for Business Intelligence, the conference will convene March 20 to 21, 2006, at the Philadelphia Marriott. MPI planner members will receive discounted registrations.
The program, aimed at mid- to senior-level planners, will feature keynote sessions that will analyze trends shaping the pharmaceutical industry and how those trends will influence meeting management in the future. It will also provide an update on federal scrutiny of pharmaceutical marketing practices, including meetings, and explore the role of meetings in helping pharmaceutical companies improve their public image.
In addition, attendees can choose from three program tracks: strategic meeting management, tactical meeting management, and international meetings. Topics include meeting consolidation, meeting technology, ROI, financial management, international site selection, and adult learning.
