M. Steven Grant didn't want to continue working as a sales manager for health maintenance organizations when he moved to Hawaii last year, but he did want to stay connected to healthcare. So he decided to start up Medical Destination Hawaii, a site-selection, meeting planning, and destination management company focused on healthcare meetings.
“We will help connect planners with all the key medical organizations in Hawaii, from hospital tours to local healthcare associations,” says Grant, who also is working with local officials to market Hawaii as a medical meetings destination.
