Reynolds, who will handle the association market in the Greater Washington, D.C., area, most recently served as national circulation sales manager for the hotel division of News America Publishing in Radnor, Pa.
The Riverside Convention Center in Riverside, Calif., has announced two appointments. Debbie Megna has been promoted to executive director. She had been vice president of sales. Anne Nisbet has joined as sales manager, responsible for association accounts. Most recently, she served as sales manager for the Sheraton in Industry Hills, Calif.
The Oklahoma City Convention and Visitors Bureau has named Christine Wise director of convention sales and services. She previously served as director of convention and sportsfor the Tulsa (Okla.) Convention and Visitors Bureau.
Hotels & Travel The Holiday Inn Four Seasons/Joseph S. Koury Convention Center in Greensboro, N.C., has named Vicki Hiatt national sales manager. Previously, she was national sales manager with the Clarion Plaza Hotel in Orlando, Fla.

Loews Hotels in New York City has named Michele Miller director of sales, Mid-Atlantic region. Miller, who will be based in Washington, D.C., joins from Charles Place, Orient-Express Hotels, in Charleston, S.C., where she served as national sales manager.>
