2009 Motivation Show Preview
The overarching theme of the incentive industry’s major show is also the industry’s newest buzzword: engagement. This year’s Motivation Show meets from Tuesday, September 29, through Thursday, October 1, at McCormick Place, Chicago, and features the conference program, “Engineering Engagement: Connecting Employee Engagement, Customer Loyalty, and Financial Results.” Also new: an Engagement Pavilion, located right on the show floor.
In addition, partnerships with Loyalty 360, the Loyalty Marketer’s Association, and the nonprofit Winning Workplaces, will give attendees more opportunities than ever to learn about employee and customer engagement. Winning Workplaces’ Annual Conference, “The ROI of Great Workplaces,” will be co-located at McCormick, October 1-2. Each year, Winning Workplaces collaborates with The Wall Street Journal to identify 15 top small workplaces from across North America. Loyalty 360 will offer several programs on customer loyalty at the show, as well as exhibit in the Engagement Pavilion.
