Canadian Continuing Health Education Meeting Coming To Ottawa, Sept. 27-29
The Canadian Association of Continuing Health Education will hold CACHE 2002: Integrating Theory into Practice, September 27-29, 2002, at The Westin Ottawa, in Ottawa, Ontario. The meeting is recommended for anyone involved in or interested in Canadian continuing health education (CHE). Participants are invited to share with their peers and colleagues experiences, knowledge, skills, and research in the area of translat- ing science into improved CHE outcomes, and to use the event to develop partnerships within the CHE network, which includes health-care professional, higher-learning institutions, medical associations, industry, and CHE companies. Participants will also learn how to create and apply innovative CHE delivery systems, including multimedia and adult-learning programs. The organizers’ goal is that attendees will take away concrete ideas applicable to their particular CHE settings, especially in the area of measuring effectiveness of CHE interventions.
