Flamingo Las Vegas is in the process of refurbishing 2,307 hotel rooms, to be completed by January 2, 2012. Among the renovated rooms’ amenities will be 32-inch flat-screen plasma televisions.
The resort, in the center of Las Vegas’ famous Strip, features more than 3,500 guest rooms and suites. The Flamingo's 73,000-square-foot Corporate Convention Center and Executive Conference Center feature wireless Internet access and movable air walls to accommodate different size groups. The resort also is home to a 15-acre pool and wildlife habitat, complete with waterfalls, mature vegetation, and tropical wildlife, three pools, and several outdoor gardens. Flamingo Las Vegas offers a wide variety of dining options, including Jimmy Buffett’s Margaritaville and Carlos’n Charlie’s (set to open this winter).
