In summer 2012, Palms Casino Resort in Las Vegas began a $50 million first phase of renovations that include a Palms Tower room and suite redesign, new culinary options, and re-imagined gaming spaces.
The Palms Tower’s 428 rooms and suites will feature warm wood tones, vibrant velvets, and custom artwork. The casino layout also is being reconfigured to maximize flow, the design will be upgraded, and there will be more than 250 new slot machines. A new sports-themed restaurant and lounge, Heraea, is scheduled to open by the end of the year. The property features more than 60,000 square feet of meeting space.
Renovations will continue in stages through the end of 2012, with an aim to have the projects completed in time to ring in 2013.
