Conferon Acquires Bellwether, Allies with Congrex

Conferon Inc., Cleveland, recently acquired The Bellwether Group, a site selection and meeting planning services company that also operates www.meetings.com, according to Conferon’s Web site, www.conferon.com. This increases the number of new Conferon rep locations by seven, those being Nashville and Jackson, Tenn.; central New Jersey; and the metropolitan areas of Baltimore, Sacramento, Calif., and West Palm Beach, Fla.
