The Society of Incentive & Travel Executives has chosen an unlikely destination for its ESNEP (European SITE Networking and Education Program) May 7-10: Amman, Jordan. Highlights include a reception at the Roman Citadel, a trip to the Dead Sea, and a steam train ride on the Hidiaz Express. Why Jordan? “We were looking at a destination in North Africa,” says Roger Tondeur, a member of the ESNEP organizing committee. “Jordan stepped up to the plate with the right sponsoring offers, including the personal involvement of the king of Jordan.” As of press time, SITE was expecting 300 attendees.
