The recent ASAE annual meeting in Los Angeles was not just about celebrity appearances, but also about making the attendees feel like stars. Two separate performances by Melissa Etheridge, on the opening evening, and Cyndi Lauper, on the closing evening, gave some association meeting planners a chance to get up close and personal with red-carpet royalty.
