The latest trends and strategies in exhibition management will be discussed at the annual Exhibition and Convention Executives Forum, held June 19 at the Walter E. Washington Convention Center in Washington, D.C.
The forum, which will be attended by some 170 association executives and convention and exhibition organizers, features presentations that help industry leaders generate more revenue from their events. The ECEF program focuses on the key issues for meeting executives: determining what attendees want from meetings; helping international attendees, exhibitors, and media obtain visas to enter the United States; and providing greater return on investment for anchor exhibitors, states show producer Sam Lippman, president, Integrated Show Management and Marketing.
Among the speakers are Helen Marano, director, Office of Travel and Tourism Industries, Department of Commerce, who will talk about strategies to attract and enable international attendees to get to U.S. events; and Glenn Hansen, president and CEO of BPA Worldwide, who will lead a panel discussion on ROI measurement for exhibitors.
