While a destination's name recognition can be a big selling point for an annual conference, have you ever considered taking it to the next level, if only in your own mind? For example, Bowling Green, Ky., would be almost too perfect for an environmentally conscious 10-pin tourney, don't you think? And when it comes to spring break, you'd think collegians would head to Celebration, Fla., instead of Daytona or Fort Lauderdale; it just sounds like the place to party.
