Based in the company's Miami regional office, Pugatch is the former area director of sales and marketing for the Westins of New England, including the Westin Copley Place in Boston, the Westin Waltham, and the Westin Providence Hotel.
Janis Cannon was named senior vice president, global sales for Swissotel, overseeing sales at the chain's 16 hotels and 25 sales offices worldwide. Cannon, who will be based in New York, was vice president of sales and marketing for Swissotel North America.
