Anne Erickson, director of insurance sales at the Boca Raton (Fla.) Resort & Club, has added three properties to her sales responsibilities: the Registry Resort, Naples; Edgewater Beach Hotel, Naples; and the Arizona Biltmore in Phoenix.

Tracey Fentem has been named director of marketing for the Ritz-Carlton Rose Hall, Jamaica, scheduled to open early next year. She will be based Miami. She had been director of sales for Hyatt Resorts Caribbean.

Marty Couch has been promoted to vice president of sales at Pinehurst Resort. Couch, who has been with Pinehurst since 1995, will direct group and social sales for the entire resort, located in the Village of Pinehurst, N.C.

Jeanette Schulte, who has served as director of sales at La Quinta Resort & Club in La Quinta, Calif., has been named director of incentive sales for KSL Resorts Group, based in the company's West Coast sales office. She will represent the entire collection of KSL resorts, which include La Quinta; Grand Wailea Resort Hotel & Spa in Maui; Doral Golf Resort & Spa in Miami; the Claremont Resort & Spa in Berkeley, Calif.; Grand Traverse Resort & Spa in Acme, Mich.; and Lake Lanier Islands Resort near Atlanta, Ga.

Chuck Floyd has been promoted to senior vice president of sales for Hyatt Hotels, based at the chain's corporate office in Chicago. He had been vice president of sales.

Joe Critelli has been named senior national sales manager, focusing on the insurance and Northeast markets, for the Opryland Hotel Florida, which will open in 2002 in Osceola County. Critelli brings more than 22 years of hospitality experience to his new position. He was previously assistant sales director for Walt Disney World Resorts in Orlando.

Doug Phillips has been appointed director of sales and marketing at Monterey Plaza Hotel and Spa in Monterey, Calif. He joins the hotel from the Silvertree Hotel in Snowmass/Aspen, Colo., where he was director of sales.

Jennifer Schoon has been named corporate sales manager for Kempinski Hotels & Resorts International in New York. She will focus on business travel from the U.S. into Kempinski's more than 25 hotels in Europe and Asia. She has held sales positions with Walt Disney Company and American Airlines.

Robert A. Scherbarth has been named president of Meetings USA, a full-service meeting management company headquartered in Centreville, Va. Scherbarth was most recently director, national sales, Wyndham Hotels & Resorts.

Mark Z. Nelson has been appointed national director of corporate sales for the Resorts Division of MeriStar Hotels & Resorts. Nelson will handle groups for South Seas Resort on Captiva Island, Fla.; Radisson Twin Towers in Orlando; and the Doral Palm Springs Resort in Palm Springs, Calif.

Greg Hanss is director of marketing at Four Seasons Resort Scottsdale at Troon North. He had been director of sales and marketing at The St. Regis Aspen.

Deborah Graham has been promoted to assistant director of sales at the Hilton New York and Towers. For the past two years she has been director of corporate sales and senior convention sales manager at the hotel.

Michelle McLeod is the new director of sales at The Naples (Fla.) Beach Hotel & Golf Club. McLeod was previously director of group sales at the Sanibel Harbour Resort & Spa.

Chris Major has been named director of golf at Marco Island (Fla.) Marriott Resort & Golf Club. Major was previously director of golf at Mountain Shadow Marriott Resort & Golf Club in Scottsdale, Ariz.

Larry Collins joins the Omni Interlocken Resort in Broomfield, Colo., as director of golf. Collins had been director of golf at the Boulder Country Club.

Seth Kerr has joined the Dallas office of PGI, the event and communications agency, as senior vice president, client services. Most recently, Kerr was senior vice president, client services at CorporateMAGIC.
