The JW Marriott Chicago, originally designed by architect Daniel Burnham, is undergoing a $396 million restoration and will open this fall in the historic Continental & Commercial National Bank Building, completed in 1914. The hotel will feature 44,000 square feet of meeting space, including an 8,453-square-foot grand ballroom, a 6,096-square-foot junior ballroom, and 34 breakout rooms.

There are 610 guest accommodations, including two- and three-bedroom corner suites, all with spacious work desks, high-speed Internet access, and marble bathrooms. The hotel’s 20,000-square-foot spa, on two levels, offers full-service treatments in 14 treatment rooms.
