The Homestead, one of Utah's oldest resorts, located in Midway, Utah, underwent a remodel last spring and now has upgraded its 131 guest rooms and suites, each located in a variety of cottage-style buildings, condos, and private homes throughout the property. Also remodeled are its meeting space, restaurants, and golf course. It offers more than 12,000 square feet of flexible meeting space, able to accommodate up to 300 attendees, and has a full catering team. It also has a golf pavilion and large canopied garden patio for banquets, conferences, and award ceremonies.
Among the activities The Homestead offers are an 18-hole, 72-par Crater Springs golf course with GPS-equipped golf carts; natural geothermal springs in which guests can swim, scuba dive, snorkel, soak, or take a paddleboard yoga class; two tennis courts; indoor and outdoor swimming pools; a dry sauna and fitness center; and an activity center offering concierge services for a wide range of local adventure outings. The resort is 55 minutes from the Salt Lake City International Airport.
