Ice lounge Minus 5, located in Mandalay Place, a shopping plaza at the Mandalay Bay hotel in Las Vegas, allows groups to book a 2,000-square-foot space where the walls, seats, bar, sculptures, and glasses are made of ice. Maximum capacity is 50 guests. Ice carvers are available to craft custom sculptures for events. The warm, rustic Minus 5 Lodge, themed after great arctic explorers, is located next door to the ice lounge; the lodge can accommodate up to 150 guests.

The Harley-Davidson Café in Las Vegas hosts private dinners and theme parties for groups of 10 to 3,500. Décor includes motorcycles, motorcycles, and more motorcycles, including a 28-foot high, 15,000-pound Harley-Davidson replica, as well as a seven-ton American flag made out of chain link. Customized menus, live music, and event photos are available.

The Adventuredome Theme Park’s five-acre hot pink big top can host anything from traditional company picnics to blockbuster corporate events. The park is equipped to host group from 15 people to 5,000 people, and offers an expert special events team on hand to assist with every detail necessary to make the occasion pop, including catering, entertainment, theme, and décor.

The 2810 Private Resort is a new exotic private resort is located minutes from the airport and Las Vegas Strip. The contemporary-design estate offers six bedrooms, five wet decks, and custom heated swimming pools that include a sand beach, water slides, jacuzzis, and waterfalls. It can accommodate up to 800 people with full catering.
