The Professional Convention Management Association announced today that it has hired a slew of new staff members, including two education specialists and a meeting and events expert. Constance Leahy and Megan Leek, the new education staffers, between them have almost 20 years of experience in training, educational programming, and meeting planning. Leahy was a program specialist for the Annual Realtors Conference and Expo under the National Association of Realtors; Leek was a convention senior assistant with SmithBucklin Corp. Jessica Sivels, the new meetings and events staffer, was with the American Bar Association previously, and also worked for Ebony Magazine and the Chicago law firm Jenner & Block LLP.
