Dubbed “E2,” the new format will feature eight-minute presentations designed to give attendees a chance to share their best practices with their peers. This unique approach allows for quick-paced presentations where the learner walks away with multiple new ideas delivered in a traditional time frame.
If you are interested in being considered as an E2 presenter, please contact RCMA’s director of conferences and events, Dean Jones at email@example.com for details about the qualification process. You can also contact Jones if you would like more details on the revised guidelines for hosting RCMA’s 2015 conference. Some of the changes that have been made include
- reduced financial obligation for the host city,
- opportunity for additional destinations to participate as sponsors,
- more exposure through expanded options for networking, and
- revised programming to showcase host city and area attractions.
Jones adds that RCMA is also beginning the process of launching regional conferences. Details will be released in a few weeks, but interested cities/venues may contact RCMA for additional information.
