The Hyatt Regency Curaçao Golf Resort, Spa and Marina opened in April 2010 with 350 rooms and suites and 38,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor function space. The beachfront hotel, the focal point of the 1,500-acre Santa Barbara Plantation resort community, features Old Quarry, an 18-hole championship course designed by Pete Dye. There are also three outdoor pools, a fitness center, tennis and volleyball courts, Atabei Spa, and a six-slip marina. Three beach bungalows in a private enclave are also available.

The Arawak Ballroom offers 5,760 square feet of meeting space and can accommodate a reception for 500 guests. The ballroom can be divided into as many as five sections. The smaller Locono Ballroom can accommodate 250, theater-style.

Three dining options at the resort include MEDI, specializing in Mediterranean cuisine with an exhibition kitchen; SWIM, a poolside restaurant offering Pan Latino–influenced dishes; and SHOR, a specialty seafood restaurant.
