I gained insight on effective negotiation techniques as well as how to work with people more effectively. It was a wonderful conference.

The main reason I come to RCMA is for the relationships. I enjoy re-connecting with friends from CVBs, properties, and other ministries. The learning is rich, and the networking helps me to serve our organization well throughout the year. The seminars are great, but the meal times and conversations in the exhibit hall are the richest part of the conference and what keep me making it a priority in my schedule each year.”

Once again RCMA helped me to connect with the right people. I was looking for hotels in downtown Dallas for the University of Dallas Ministry Conference to be held in October. I had the opportunity to talk directly with the salespeople in some of the hotels in which I was interested. When I visited them later, it was like meeting an old friend, and the site inspection was much easier and fun. I sincerely defend the idea of meeting people face to face to better create rapport and business relationships.
