When Anne Dryden of Catholic Charities USA in Alexandria, Va., attended RCMA this past January in Tampa, she never dreamed that the conference would make her the winner of a Ford Mustang convertible. Dryden won the lease from the Detroit Metro Convention & Visitors Bureau as part of the CVB's new trade show marketing initiative.
RCMA attendees tried their keys in a special car ignition to determine if they held a qualifying key. Ten lucky keys turned the ignition and qualified their holders to be entered into a February drawing for the car. Dryden won. She will accept her car in person at the North American International Auto Show in Detroit in January 2003, where she will attend the show's blacktie charity preview.
