The Long Beach Area Convention & Visitors Bureau launched www.visitlongbeach.com in April, aiming to raise the bar on how convention bureaus present themselves online. Among its features, the site offers customized micro-sites for conventions and upcoming events. For planners, it has meeting site specs, floor plans, RFP forms, maps, and dowloadable photos, as well as customized videos and interactive maps.
