HAMILTON PARK HOTEL & CONFERENCE CENTER, in Morris County, features 219 guest rooms and suites and 27,000 square feet of renovated conference and function space. The facility offers several dining options and an extensive fitness center.
The RADISSON HOTEL PISCATAWAY has completed a $3 million renovation and features 206 renovated guest rooms with the Sleep Number Bed by Select Comfort. Its 8,000 square feet of meeting space has also been renovated.
HILTON HASBROUCK HEIGHTS AND EXECUTIVE MEETING CENTER completed a $10.5 million renovation.

THE LONDON NYC (formerly Rhiga Royal Hotel), with 564 guest rooms and suites, reopened after a redesign. Meeting space, scheduled to open May 1, consists of 2,200 square feet in three rooms, two of which are subdividable and the largest of which can accommodate 80 attendees.

Starwood will open its 14th property in New York City in March, the 150-room FOUR POINTS BY SHERATON SOHO VILLAGE.

THE STANDARD will open in late 2007 on West 13th Street in the trendy Meatpacking District. The hotel will have 344 guest rooms and suites and a rooftop pool.

FLATOTEL in Manhattan is between two convention hotels, the New York Sheraton and the New York Hilton. Flatotel opened as an all-suite property in 1990 and was redesigned in 2001, with meeting space added in 2003. The 288-room property features 14,000 square feet of meeting space, including a ballroom and 15 breakout rooms. Five penthouse suites are available for board meetings.

THE PLAZA on Manhattan's Central Park is slated to reopen this year with 282 guest rooms and 152 condo hotel units. Fairmont Hotels and resorts will manage the property.

The landmark 1904 Stanford White-designed LAMB'S CLUB in Manhattan is being converted into a luxury hotel and is slated to open this year.

Carlson Hotels Worldwide has expanded its portfolio in New York City with the reflagging of a 532-room historic hotel on the west side of midtown Manhattan. The Martinique completed a $10 million renovation and became the RADISSON HOTEL MARTINIQUE last July. It has a total of 4,100 square feet of meeting space in five rooms.

In June 2006 THE PREMIER became a nonsmoking facility. The hotel's 24 smoking rooms underwent a special deep-cleaning prior to conversion. The Premier is one of the first New York City deluxe hotels to become nonsmoking. It is owned and managed by Millennium Hotels and Resorts, North America.

A RITZ-CARLTON hotel will open in 2007 in White Plains, in Westchester County just outside New York City.

The RADISSON HOTEL NEW ROCHELLE completed a ballroom renovation that added a pre-function area and upgraded banquet space.

TARRYTOWN HOUSE ESTATE & CONFERENCE CENTER completed an $11 million restoration of the historic Biddle Mansion and King House, guest room houses, meeting space, and sports center.

THE SKY ROOM at the FRENCH INSTITUTE ALLIANCE FRANÇAISE is an eight-floor rooftop space overlooking Fifth Avenue. With floor-to-ceiling windows and sky-blue walls created by a French set designer, it is perfect for small, upscale, private events.
