Through a partnership with the IMEX Group, International Association of Exhibitions and Events members are eligible to participate as hosted buyers at IMEX 2013 in Frankfurt, Germany, May 21–23.
IAEE members who qualify will receive complimentary travel and accommodations and be able to engage with about 3,500 meetings industry exhibitors. IMEX’s Web-based diary system allows buyers to make appointments directly with exhibitors. Each hosted buyer has a messaging inbox within the IMEX portal where they can receive messages from exhibitors.
Attendees also are invited to participate in educational sessions targeted to association executives at IMEX’s Association Day. “IAEE is excited to join IMEX once again in this important endeavor,” said IAEE Chief Operating Officer Cathy Breden, CAE, CMP. “Our collaborative working relationship has afforded many IAEE members the opportunity to expand their events on a global scale and enjoy long-term success." This is the third year that IAEE has partnered with IMEX.
To qualify, IAEE members must organize international meetings and IAEE Web site.
