The Westin Philadelphia’s multi-phase renovation is complete.

The Godfrey Hotel will debut in August in the Corktown neighborhood’s restaurant district.

A top-to-bottom refresh at the 390-unit Holiday Inn & Suites Across from Universal Orlando include a facelift for its 13,000 square feet of meeting space.

In additional to a ballroom and other indoor meeting spaces, the property will have a climate-controlled tent in its courtyard to protect outdoor events from the Texas heat.

Enhancements at Garden of the Gods Resort and Club include improvements to rooms and public space, as well as lots of new pickleball courts.

Announced last month, the property will have more than 300 rooms, a 6,000-square-foot ballroom plus breakouts, and a pedestrian bridge into the center.

Across the island, properties large and small are offing packages and services that can help attendees recharge and de-stress.

A facelift for the coastal property’s 513 guest rooms is phase two of a renovation that previously updated meeting rooms, public spaces, and restaurants.

Set between a 1.3-million-square-foot meeting and expo center and the airport, the Crowne Plaza Louisville Airport will see a $25 million expansion and refresh completed within a year.

The six event lawns at the 210-unit Estancia La Jolla can be used for breakout sessions in addition to receptions and meals.
