The hotel has 25,000 square feet of meeting space in 24 different venues. The ground floor 3,000-square-foot A1 ballroom opens onto a private garden. A1 has five projection screens and extra wide access for car launches. Ten other meeting rooms are named for famous artists from Vermeer to Rembrandt and can be used separately as boardrooms or combined to form a 5,790-square-foot event room. The hotel has 306 guest rooms and is steps from the World Forum Convention Center.

An 18th-century palace that was used by the Netherland's Queen Emma as a winter residence is now home to the works of Dutch graphic artist M.C. Escher. The ballroom is available for meetings for 150 and dinners for up to 100 guests. 

The Prince William V Gallery was built in 1774 and contains 150 old masters, including works by Rembrandt and Rubens, displayed under crystal chandeliers. The room is available for private dinners for up to 30 guests.

Another former royal palace, this time located on the dunes at the beach in Scheveningen, the Paviljoen de Witte is a combination of new and old. The original building dates to 1826 but beneath the neoclassical palace is an expansive gallery suitable for art exhibitions, lectures, and dinners with access to a sculpture garden and a large stone terrace designed for live music events. There are a total of six indoor event rooms able to accommodate up to 120 attendees theater-style or 250 for a reception.

The Hotel Des Indes has had many famous guests over the last 150 years, including Mata Hari, Anna Pavlova, and Josephine Baker. The hotel has eight meeting and events rooms ranging from the ballroom, which can host 80 for a presentation, to the Salon Queen Emma, which is ideal for board meetings of up to 22 guests. There are 92 guest rooms and suites and the hotel is next to the Escher Museum.

Located in the center of The Hague within walking distance of palaces and art museums, Hilton The Hague has 195 guest rooms and 11 meetings spaces, including the Mesdag pillarless ballroom that can host up to 400 for a presentation or larger groups for receptions when combined with the atrium prefunction space. The hotel's restaurant, The Pearl, references the nearby Mauritshuis museum where the masterpiece is on display.

Known simply as the Kurhaus, this five-star hotel is located on the beach at Scheveningen, about three miles from the center of The Hague. Built in 1818, the luxury property has 265 guest rooms, eight suites, and 10 function rooms. The Kurzaal ballroom can accommodate 800 guests theater-style or 600 for a dinner, and can also be used in conjunction with the North Gallery with seating for another 160. The Jacob Pronk room is equipped with a hydraulic stage and extensive lighting system and can host meetings for up to 600 with access to a terrace overlooking the sea. 

The Hague's international convention center, the World Forum, is located between the city center and the beach community of Scheveningen in a neighborhood known for embassies and parks. The facility offers 190,000 square feet of event space over four floors. Want to know which floor your session is on? Beginning at the basement level the floors are named for oceans, continents, rivers, and mountains. So if your room is Kilimanjaro 1, head to the top floor. 

The World Forum's King Willem Alexander Auditorium is the largest in The Hague with 2,161 seats. The building is adjacent to three hotels, the Crowne Plaza Den Haag, Marriott The Hague, and the Novotel World Forum. The venue is part of a complex that includes the International Criminal Tribunal and law enforcement agency, Europol, headquarters.
