Hyatt Club Tower rooms measure 704 square feet and are furnished with modern Mexican flair. All have large oceanfront balconies and 41 have jetted outdoor bathtubs.

One of six restaurants on the property, Blaze Steakhouse is backed by the jungle and fronted by the Pacific. “When there is a group in house, we can make one of our restaurants available exclusively," says German Martinez, director of sales, Hyatt Ziva Puerto Vallarta.

Dining options range from Asian fusion to prime cuts of beef to authentic Mexican—all fresh and delicious. Cooking classes with the chef to create dishes such as the seafood ceviche, shown here, are a popular group activity.

A handsome meeting room wing is located off the main lobby. Hyatt Ziva offers 13 flexible conference rooms, with banquet space for up to 450 in the ballroom. "We can accommodate up to 700 in 6,500 square feet of meeting and event space," says Director of Sales German Martinez. "An ideal size incentive is 200 rooms.”
