Light Balance, an extraordinary dance troupe based in London, opened the FICP Annual Conference with its surprising in-the-dark performance. The lights on the dancers’ suits turn off and on with the choreography, making it appear that they were vanishing and reappearing.

To celebrate the announcement that FICP’s Annual Conference will convene at the JW Marriott Phoenix Desert Ridge in 2021, attendees got a taste of the Arizona culture. Before that, however, FICP’s premier event will be held November 10–13, 2019, at the Fairmont Austin Hotel, Austin, Texas, and November 15–18, 2020, at the Washington Hilton, Washington, D.C.
