Preferred Hotels Group partnered with AlliedPRA Hawaii to host planners on a variety of activities, including dining in Waikiki. The host property, Kahala Hotel & Resort, offered beach activities, including swimming with dolphins, and the final-night dinner outside at the Kahala O Ke Kai. As part of the post-FICP event at Kahala Hotel & Resort in Honolulu, attendees toured Pearl Harbor, the USS Missouri and its memorial (including lunch with the Captain in his quarters), sponsored by E Noa Tours.
