The Schermerhorn Symphony Hall hosts nine separate meeting spaces totaling 20,000 square feet. The modern facility was completed in 2006 and has built-in bars in each meeting venue.
The Schermerhorn Symphony's main concert hall can be used for concerts, conferences, and banquets. Theatre-style there are 1,865 seats, for a banquet, the raked seating area lowers into a sub-basement leaving a flat space for dining tables.
As well as costumes, cars, and musical instruments, the iconic museum is home to function space that can host up to 800 guests for a reception and 600 for a banquet.

The fabled Ryman Auditorium was the home of the Grand Old Opry radio show for decades. When the building fell into disrepair, musicians came together to save and update it. The current building can host events for up to 2,200 people, in venues including the main theater, a screening room, and break-out rooms and dressing rooms filled with photos and memorabilia from the Ryman's storied past.
Dressing rooms are available for hire at the Ryman Auditorium. No "juice of the devil" was allowed while Johnny Cash was in residence, but event attendees can enjoy a champagne reception.
