Performance artist David Garibaldi, putting the finishing touches on his portrait of John Lennon. Garibaldi painted four portraits to the accompaniment of rock music and a cheering Forum crowd. The portrait was offered at a silent auction and raised some $1,200 for FICP’s designated local charity, the Neighborhood House Association of San Diego County. A raffle for a fantastic seven-day vacation at The Broadmoor also raised money for NHA, enabling FICP to donate more than $5,000 on the final day of the Education Forum.
