FRESH Conference Encore

The FRESH conference, an innovative two-day forum that focuses on new tools, strategies, and techniques to improve the effectiveness of any conference’s content, will return again to Copenhagen, Denmark, from January 26–28.

For the third year, the FRESH conference, an innovative two-day forum that focuses solely on tools, strategies, and techniques to improve the effectiveness of any conference’s content and education, will be held in Copenhagen, Denmark, from January 26–28.

The brainchild of Maarten Vanneste, CMM, president of the Belgium-based Meeting Support Institute and president and CEO of Abbit Meeting Support, as well as a team of volunteers made up of international meeting professionals, FRESH14 will deliver new ideas for presentations, room layouts, staging, food, and many other elements of meeting design. The organizers plan to offer content related to “everything that is new or innovative or at least interesting enough to investigate.”

FRESH attracts “a unique mix of intellectuals, technicians, statisticians, philosophers, and most of all game changers and influencers,” they say. Attendees’ jobs are senior meeting planners, meeting designers, suppliers, and facilitators. The program is quite fluid, while the organizing committee “assembles novelties, experiments, functional fun, and hybrid technologies,” right up until the start of the conference.
