5 Things You'll Never Hear a Meeting Planner Say


Here are five things I don't think I'll ever hear come from the lips of a meetings or events professional.

  1. Let's just wing it.
  2. Lists? Who needs lists?
  3. Travel is so glamorous.
  4. I love food and beverage minimums!
  5. Don't sweat the small (meetings-related) stuff.

1. It doesn't matter how much it costs
2. Changing our room mid program is fine
3. 24 hour hold is not important to us
4. Our people aren't very picky
5. The temperature in the room was perfect for everyone!
