BTN has a good case study on how Hewlett-Packard plans to save $23 million on its meetings using StarCite's technology solutions. I just skimmed the article quickly, but if it's like the articles we've run on this kind of stuff, the emphasis is always on saving money. We all need to talk more about how this all serves attendee needs, not just the comptroller's.
