Cool F&B Idea: Salad in a Cone


Here's an awesome idea that could shake up your next meeting's salad bar: A Cobb salad in a crouton cone. Nick gives detailed instructions on how to build your own, but I'm sure a creative chef could whip up a batch in no time. So what do you think, is everything actually better in a cone?

Has anyone tried this in an event setting, not sure how guest would eat it if it starts to crumble away as those cones tend to do. Blue Cheese and lettuce all over a suit?? Just wondering
