Conferon's E-Specs legal columns, which are pretty comprehensive.
There's also our MeetingsNet legal column archive, which includes regular columns and our Clause and Effect column, where meeting planner-turned lawyer-turned professor Tyra Hilliard offers up a commonly seen clause and explains what the legalese could translate into in real life. It only goes back a year or so as of now, mainly because I haven't found the time yet to add more from our archives. But if you put "Mandel" or "Tyra Hilliard" into the search on MeetingsNet.com, more should pop up.
