How well do you manage your staff?


Or, if you're on the staff side, how well does your manager manage you? There may be a big disconnect, according to a survey of 1,854 U.S. workers by Rasmussen Reports LLC that I read about on ASAE's Acronym blog. While 92 percent of the managers thought they were doing just fine, only 67 percent of their staff agree.

Corporate Meetings & Incentives has what I think is an interesting article on managing meeting planners specifically, which could be a good tool for the managers among us. Or a good anonymous clipping to drop in a boss's in-box.
