Mighty motivating, or miserable

Leapfrog Innovations' latest e-newsletter had an interesting idea for improving team meetings. After the meeting, have everyone write down where they think the meeting fell on a scale of "mighty motivating" to "miserable." Collect the cards, put the answers up for all to see, and ask the less-happy folks why it didn't work for them. Use the answers to get them involved in creating better agendas and otherwise improving the meeting for next time.

Great idea, but would people really speak up? I can picture some corporate anxiety bubbling up, especially if the meeting is faciliated by the boss, as so many are.
