What to Do When Social Media Trolls Take on Your Meetings

You know all those fears people have about someone trashing something about their meetings on social media? Well, there be trolls under the Twitter bridge for sure, and that guy who always has to complain (there's always that guy, unfortunately) now has an Internet-based megaphone to do it.

So, how do you handle it? Here's how Microsoft answers its Internet Explorer critics, and IMHO, it's a beautiful thing to take on the haters and, if you can't make them love you, at least get them to hear what you have to say. Check it out (very mild sort-of profanity on the troll side, but nothing you don't hear on prime time TV).
