Alissa has more than 20 years of experience in corporate events and marketing, working with hundreds of clients in many industries, from tech start-ups to financial powerhouses, nonprofit organizations, and global brands across North America and Europe.

A tech-savvy, digital and event strategy dynamo, Alissa’s past experience includes senior management roles at Maritz and Lenos Software, where she was recognized for developing innovative client solutions while maintaining a dedicated focus on achieving strategic business objectives. As national director, client solutions and emergent technologies at FMAV, Alissa’s mandate includes marketing, MediaLab, and leading a team of solution specialists focused on developing next-generation event technology solutions. Alissa has been featured in industry publications and as a speaker at various industry events including IncentiveWorks and FICP conferences, and she earned a Certificate in Meeting Management in 2006. A true digital ambassador and champion for education in the space, Alissa also teaches online through Mount Royal University’s Event Management program.
