If you limit potential employers to a 30-minute commute radius, you may be limiting yourself. If you reached out another 15 minutes on your commute, it might open the door to opportunities. Are you willing to relocate to another region? For example, California tends to lag behind in seeing the full effects of an economic recovery. There may be more opportunity in other parts of the country.
