The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Co. opened its second Reserve brand property in December on Puerto Rico’s north coast, 15 miles west of San Juan. The ultra-luxury Dorado Beach, a Ritz-Carlton Reserve, was built on the footprint of the former Laurence Rockefeller estate and all 100 guest rooms and 14 suites sit directly on the beach.
