THE LATEST:
  • This year M&IW increased its workforce by more than 25 percent and added satellite offices in New Mexico and Florida.
  • The company restructured its Strategic Solutions department, adding a new vice president and key director positions; launched a new consulting service, Meeting Management Technology Optimization; and landed new clients in healthcare, food service, and the association space.
  • A new global procurement team for non-hotel suppliers (DMCs, ground operators, décor, speakers, florists) has been created to drive cost savings through the use of preferred suppliers and standardizing processes and contracts.
