Don’t miss the International Association of Conference Centers Copper Skillet Combo, an entertaining educational event, set for January 15 at the new Culinary Conference Center at Hudson County Community College in Jersey City, N.J.
Attendees will get a firsthand look at using food and beverage for teambuilding when they participate in the No-Ropes Culinary Team Building workshop. The planners and IACC members will enjoy getting to know one another as they compete in the kitchen.
Next, attendees will watch a cook-off that will determine the 2009 USA Copper Skillet champion, who will then move on to compete against IACC chefs from around the world at the IACC conference in March 2009. A reception with the chefs wraps up the half-day program.
