Hosting high-powered meetings and high-society banquets alike, the seven private event and dining rooms at the Hotel de L’Europe have been newly renovated by renowned local architect and interior designer Cees Dam. De L’Europe’s high level of personalized service is elevated with the addition of a private butler attending to the needs of each event host and facilitating all requests.

A member of Leading Hotels of the World, Hotel de L’Europe is regarded as one of the group’s most iconic properties, set apart by its distinctive décor, which includes original Dutch Masters paintings donated by Alfred “Freddy” Heineken. The 111-room hotel with its six dining and cocktail lounge options, seven meeting and events venues, and spectacular indoor pool with eye-level water views, is located on the Amstel River in Amsterdam’s center.

Highlights of the seven private event rooms include The Heinekenkamer, overlooking the Amstel Canal, with décor inspired by the famous Heineken Beer colors. The room accommodates 100 guests for a reception.

The Spiegelkamer is named for the large mirrors adorning this room’s interior. The room is a top choice for gala banquets, accommodating 60 guests for a seated dinner.

Reminiscent of a historic Dutch library, The Keizerskamer features dark, wooden, floor-to-ceiling bookshelves filled with translations from famous Dutch authors.

The Brouwerskamer is the official Hotel de L’Europe boardroom, with a maximum capacity of 12 attendees. The modern purple interior accentuates the handmade Venetian glass chandelier, and the oval glass table, high leather chairs, and leather writing blocks provide five-star comfort. The Brouwerskamer is equipped for videoconferencing.

The iconic, authentic Dutch brown bar residing in the new Herenkamer makes it HOtel de L’Europe’s only room with a permanent bar. For product launches and presentations, the space features two built-in screens to accommodate all viewpoints in the room.

And finally, the new Prinsenkamer and the new Amstelkamer round out the hotel’s new and renovated event venue options.
