Hyatt Hosts Insurance & Financial Planners for Networking and Giving Back

Education, corporate social responsibility, fine wine—what’s not to like?

Hyatt Hotels & Resorts hosted the Insurance & Financial Business Exchange, its annual gathering of top customers and Hyatt sales representatives and executives, September 26–28 at the Grand Hyatt San Francisco.

Highlights of the program included participating in a Hyatt Thrive community event; mingling with Dina Mondavi, founder and director, Folio Fine Wine Partners; and catching up with old friends and business partners all while enjoying the food and sites of the City by the Bay.

Hyatt Thrive is Hyatt’s corporate responsibility platform, which focuses on local projects that help to foster the growth and prosperity of local communities. During the IFBE, attendees teamed up with third-graders from Spring Valley Elementary School in San Francisco to experience the thrill of a massive scavenger hunt! After the hunt was completed at the Exploratorium, San Francisco's "museum of science, art, and human perception," participants were bussed back to the school, where Hyatt Hotels Corp. presented the school with a check for $5,000.
