Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide has introduced sustainable-meeting guidelines at all its North American properties and will expand the program globally in 2011.
The Sustainable Meeting Practices program features 18 new practices that the 1,000-plus property hotel company will incorporate into all on-property meetings and events, including sustainable menu choices, bottled water alternatives, and energy-efficient digital signage.
