The George P. Johnson Co., the event marketing company based in Auburn Hills, Mich., has hired Carol Krugman, CMP, CMM, as director of client services. Krugman will be joining the company's Boston office after 16 years as an independent meeting and incentive planner. As president and CEO of Krugman Group International Inc., she was well known for her experience in international meetings management and had a multinational client base, including several major pharmaceutical companies, such as Pfizer and Takeda Pharmaceuticals North America. At George P. Johnson, she will focus on the pharmaceutical industry.
